Thank you

To some people it might seem a little
strange to say "Thank You" before
The Barn Show even starts, but
not to us.

It's important to us that we thank you
before we even slide open the barn doors
Friday morning because if you're reading
this post it means you're interested
in shopping The Barn, you've received
one of our postcards, or maybe even
a friend told you about the show.

We want to thank you because
we know you have a choice in where
you shop for vintage goods, and we're
honored that you're thinking about
visiting us for the first time, or maybe
you're a long time customer who supports
our vintage barn show dream,
show after show, year after year.

Either way, we can't thank you enough.

We love what we do, work very hard
to present the best vintage show in the area
and are so honored that you are considering
spending your time and hard earned money
at The Barn Show,
and we can't wait to see you
this Friday - Sunday,

The Barn Show
3250 Bottner Road
Gambrills, MD  21054

When you come to our show we want you
to be inspired, to find something
perfect for your home, something
that "speaks to you" and worthy to
put in your home, your sanctuary.
And so that's why we're working
so hard to put together our
show - we want you to love it!!

And now, for some of the details:
 As you know, The Barn
can get a little crowded
(we're so blessed!)
on opening day and
sometimes the line to get into
the parking lot or to check out
can be a tad long,
so while we've implemented some
improvements
(like more cashiers and a new check out que),
we ask for your help.
The reality is we have the same parking
limitations and we haven't been
able to solve that problem because
we just don't have room to expand
our parking lot, so we ask for
patience and kindness.
Please respect our neighbors,
who so kindly put up with our
shows, by not parking on their
lawns or in their driveways.
Let's make it an enjoyable
experience for everyone.
Things to consider:
1.  Carpool with your friends
(just bring the big SUV - we
want you to be able to fit a lot into it!)
2.  Plan to shop after the Friday
morning rush, which usually
occurs from when we open at 9
until noon or so.
The mini-barn and the upstairs
of the main barn are absolutely
packed with stock and as we
sell down we re-stock.
So, the folks who are there
first thing Friday
morning won't get to see
any of the fabulous pieces we bring
down as the day/weekend goes on,
but you, our smart friend, will,
because you shopped later in the day or
came on Saturday or Sunday.
3.  If you do find something you love,
please remember,
all sales are final, and all
items are sold as-is.
We only have three days to sell
a barn full of furniture/accessories and
 so our prices are fantastic!
Everything is priced to sell.
Prices are firm.

4.   We accept cash, checks with
proper identification and Visa/MasterCard.
5.  If you fall in love with a farm
table and you're only driving a
Smart Car, don't worry, we offer
delivery services
at reasonable rates.
(all deliveries are scheduled for after the show ends)

6.  All purchases must be picked up
no later than two weeks after the show
ends unless otherwise agreed upon.
Items not picked up 30 days after
the show will be returned to stock.
No refund will be given.
7.  And the absolute most
important rule is to have fun!
Enjoy the show - introduce yourself,
tell us what you're looking for,
give us your feedback - we want your
visit to the The Barn
to be absolutely delightful,
and we can't wait to see you!

With much appreciation,
we thank you!
